Since January 2024, Mid Suffolk District Council has been working with EEZYBIKE to make hiring one of EEZYBIKE’s e-bikes available and affordable.

The scheme enables residents and visitors to make short journeys by e-bike instead of by car, supporting everyday travel while also improving access to local areas.

The EEZYBIKEs, which have attracted 5 star reviews on Tripadvisor, are stored and solar charged inside a secure e-pod at Needham Lake.

Sudbury Leisure Centre & Lavenham
We continue to work in partnership with Babergh District Council to deliver active travel infrastructure across the district.
EEZYPOD installations at Sudbury Leisure Centre and Lavenham provide secure, on-site e-bike access, supporting short journeys and improving connectivity within and between local areas.
