The e-bikes can reach 25km per hour maximum. The legal limit in the UK is 15 mph.

The range of the bikes is around 50 miles, all depending on how you ride. Riding on full assist, will use more battery power, so use lower asist if you are going further.

Riders need to be 14 or over to use our e-bikes. Teenagers from 14-18 years old can use them but only if accompanied by an adult. Riders will need to be 18 years old or over to hire the bikes by themselves.

Helmets are not provided, and we encourage people to bring their own – if people don’t have their own but wish to borrow a helmet, they can request them directly by emailing askus@eezybike.co.uk.

Contact the emergency number on your booking confirmation, and leave the bike locked where it has broken down.

Park it in a safe area and use the lock supplied, lock it to an immovable structure.

When the pod is shut - solar is activated. We can limit the time solar is charging too, so bikes don't sap the charge. We have also programmed alerts for clients to let them know if the battery charge has dropped to 30%. This enables clients to rest assured there will always be charge.
